Breast Health ServicesThe partnership of Prevea, St. Vincent and St. Mary’s hospitals has combined resources to bring to the region the most comprehensive array of services for breast health. As a result, women throughout northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula will have improved access to the best breast health care and supporting services available in the region. Introducing Breast Health ServicesBreast Health Services run the full range of care—from education, prevention and early detection, through diagnosis and treatment, to a variety of support groups for patients and their loved ones.
The Breast Health Services partners also offer women the convenience of being cared for at multiple locations served by Prevea throughout the region and at hospitals that are located on both the east and west sides of Green Bay. Providing residents with breast health services is nothing new to Prevea, St. Vincent or St. Mary’s—all three partners have for many years offered those services. But now, Breast Health Services means coordinated system-wide access to the services of Prevea, St. Vincent and St. Mary’s hospitals. Breast Health Services combines the fast service and personalized care women need to maintain breast health. St. Mary’s breast health educators are Sue Klein and Kathy Jarek. The Medical Director for the program is Michael Janitch, MD, and Paula Hafeman is interim administrator for Breast Health Services. One phone number–many locations!
