CHRISTINE JENSEMA NAMED CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Green Bay–Christine F. Jensema has been named Chief People Officer for the HSHS Division (Eastern Wisconsin) which is comprised of St. Mary’s and St. Vincent Hospitals in Green Bay and St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. In her new role, Jensema will oversee the People Services (human resources) function for the division.

Prior to the appointment, Jensema served as the Administrative Director of People Services at St. Nicholas Hospital since 1995, providing strategic human resource leadership. She also teaches as adjunct faculty at Silver Lake College.

Prior to her role at St. Nicholas, Jensema held human resource positions in at M&I Bank in Sheboygan for 17 years. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College and a Masters Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Leadership Studies and has achieved A.B.D (All But Dissertation) status. Her dissertation involves leadership in Catholic Healthcare.

Jensema speaks both regionally and nationally on human resource topics. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration.
