Description: Friday, December 10 from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday, December 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This class offers the same valuable information as our Four Week Class. It is designed for couples with busy schedules and limited time. Mothers-to-be and their coaches learn about the birth process and practice breathing exercises and relaxation techniques based on the Lamaze method. Medications, medical interventions and C-sections are also discussed.The class fee includes continental breakfast and lunch for two on Saturday.
