Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), which has four hospitals located in Northeast Wisconsin, has been named “Most Wired” by the 19th Annual HealthCare’s Most Wired® survey, released this month by the American Hospital Association’s (AHA) Health Forum. Hospital Sisters Health System’s Northeast Wisconsin locations include: HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay; HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan; and HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.
On Thursday, July 27, HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center and Prevea Health will offer free stroke screenings at the Prevea Shawano Avenue Health Center in Green Bay. Participants will meet with a registered nurse who will check their blood pressure and pulse, review their stroke history and provide education to help control personal risk factors for stroke.
The efforts by HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in 2016 to provide families with donation options and information have been recognized by the American Tissue Services Foundation (ATSF).
