The Back-to-Basics Diet Really Works
Maybe it’s time to get back to weight
loss fundamentals by simply cutting
calories. Easier said than done, right?
Consider this approach that has been
proven time and again, including in a recent women-only study: Eat
healthy foods that you like. But eat lower-calorie versions of them, and
choose smaller portions. The women in the study cut about 800 calories
from their daily diets by following this advice. And though they took in
fewer calories, they didn’t feel hungry or unsatisfied.
